Delivery & Collection
We currently only delivery to Ireland. Please refer to the table below for delivery pricing.

If Ordered Before 3:30pm
Please note we are currently operating reduced Click & Collect hours due to government restrictions. Products ordered before 3:30pm will be available the next day (excluding Sundays & Bank Holidays) for pick up between 10am and 12pm.
To ensure there are no delays to your delivery please ensure that the address information you enter is accurate
Please make sure to include your:
- House, flat, apartment, suite, unit or room number
- City, town, village or province
- Postal or ZIP code
There will be a minimum of one delivery attempt made. In the event of no one being available to receive the parcel one of three things will happen to the package:
- Card is left and the parcel is left with a neighbor
- Card is left and the parcel is left with local collection point or Post Office
- Card is left requesting consignee to contact the delivery partner to arrange re-delivery
An item is classified as lost when it is missing for:
- 14 working days
Please allow for these timescales to pass then we can investigate further.During very busy periods we may incur delays and we will keep you informed.
If your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can work with you to resolve the issue. We request that you check with all family members, co-workers, neighbors, or any other person that may have accepted or stored the package before reporting that it is lost or missing. If you live in an apartment complex, please check with the front office to see if it was received by them.
All damaged packages must be reported to us within 1 business day of receipt. These packages will be reported to the carrier for a damage claim. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all delivery issues have been resolved.
Our Click & Collect service is available from Monday to Saturday between 9:30am and 5:30pm. When placing a Click & Collect order you must do so by 4:30pm on the day prior to your collecting in order to avail of the next day service. If the order is placed after 4:30pm your items will be available for collect in 2 working days. All products ordered on Saturday will be available for collection on the following Monday.
Online purchases can be returned to the address below up to 28 days after purchase. Please read the Returns Terms & Conditions below for further information.
We are pleased to accept standard change of mind returns within 28 days after purchase. When returning clothing items please ensure:
- the item is unworn and has the original tag on
- the item is packaged carefully to avoid damage in transit
- you print off and include your original order confirmation email in the return packaging
You can return your purchase in store or via post using the below postal address. If you have difficulties returning your parcel please contact a member of the team.
Please note: Socks and tights are excluded from change of mind returns.
If the goods you've received are damaged, faulty, or not what you originally ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund if you contact us within 7 working days.
Please notify us immediately by emailing email@example.com or calling us on 01 624 4488 (Ireland).
To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
A refund or exchange will be issued for the damaged products depending on customer preference. We will also refund the cost of return shipping in this instance and a replacement will be sent at no additional cost (if you chose an exchange).
If you have chosen a refund for your returned product, we will process the calculated refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
Provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition at our distribution center within 14 working days from delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation. You will receive email notification of your refund from our Customer Service Team.
If you have requested an exchange or replacement, this will be processed within approx. 7 working days of receiving your returned goods and will be delivered via standard delivery.
Please note: if you have changed your mind or need a change of size standard postage charges will apply to the new delivery.
